Digital Storyboard: Floats

An emaciated young boy, working in a dingy "rose burning plant" (in a world where rose petals are clean-burning energy...) rescues a unique rose, that transforms into a magical little girl. I boarded my take on their epic escape from the sadistic formen.

Written & directed by Eugene Yanza. Still trying to get the name of the original character designer for this collab assignment. In the mean time, these were my boards for "Floats". They were toootally scrapped (typical story for a board artist), but I still like my ideas. Here's a relatively dramatic piece for my portfolio...

Digital Storyboard: Girl Scout Cookies (work in progress)

Posting what I've got (so far). Lots to do before CTN. In a nutshell:

A haunted house, a few murdered students, and a custodian, doomed to eternal torment. Enter an overachieving girl scout...

To be continued...

Prairie Settler (Clothed Figure Drawing)

Forgot the name of this model. Ironically I remember it being a 'memorable' name. It'll come to me sooner or later...

Old Splash Page

I still like the idea of a 'splash page' to close out the portfolio. 'May as well post this while it's still under 3 years old.

Digital Storyboard: Daniel

This one started out as an acting exercise (I took a class around the time I wrote the piece) between two dynamically different characters. Instead of performing it, I used the concept for...well this. "Daniel" is where I added Google SketchUp to my software arsenal.
